Lekondo is on a mission to be the ultimate home for the diverse, vibrant cultures that emerge from fashion: part global lookbook, part social space, part personal style tool. We're backed by world-class investors, the product is live, and we're growing fast.
How We Work
- High trust, high ownership. We won't set your hours. We hire people we can hand big problems to and trust to run with them.
- Flat and truth-seeking. Anyone can pitch any idea, and we will push back hard to make sure it holds water, because we care about being right.
- Where we are. In-person in New York City (five days a week) for US-based folks, or fully remote if you're in Latin America, Europe, or Asia.
